The capabilities and expertise of local organizations in Yemen will be built and developed by providing all the tools and information that establish participatory work based on practical foundations for institutions, professionally, administratively, socially, and economically. This training program also provides practical and technical expertise within activities that can be used in all projects that are implemented on the ground. The training targets most of the organization's job titles with a total of 15 training courses distributed over 4 years to build their capabilities in basic and advanced skills in 3 areas:

Financial Area

To qualify staff involved in contributing to the improvement of the financial management of various projects and the rationalization of expenditure (30 organizations will be targeted in 3 training sessions).

Project Management

To qualify staff involved in contributing to the innovation of new poverty reduction projects and the ability to implement projects professionally (30 organizations will be targeted in 8 training sessions).

Institutional Development

To qualify staff involved in contributing to the development of their institutions (30 organizations will be targeted in 4 training sessions)
