Within the TDF2025 events

Tadhamon Development Forum (TDF) has launched its annual initiative to honor leading companies in corporate social responsibility and sustainability. This award aims to highlight the vital role played by the private sector in supporting communities by recognizing outstanding initiatives that have created positive impact in areas such as development, education, environment, economic empowerment, health, and social innovation.

Award recipients will be honored with the CSR Shield at the TDF2025 closing ceremony.

This initiative reflects the Forum’s commitment to promoting a culture of giving and responsibility within private sector institutions, and encouraging them to transform their community commitments into sustainable practices that contribute to achieving comprehensive national development.

Target Audience

Private sector companies and institutions operating in Yemen.

Proposed Award Criteria

  •  Developmental Impact – 40%
  • Sustainability – 30%
  • Innovation – 15%
  • Partnership – 15%

Award Fields

  • Award Fields

Initiatives may fall under one or more of the following fields:

 

  1. Education and skills development
  2. Community and health care
  3. Environmental protection and clean energy
  4. Economic empowerment and entrepreneurship
  5. Supporting vulnerable and marginalized groups

Application Requirements

  • Application Requirements

 

  1. The applicant must be a registered private sector company or institution legally operating within the Republic of Yemen.
  2. The submitted initiative must have been implemented during the past five years (2023–2025).
  3. The initiative must have a clear developmental or social impact, aiming to improve conditions for specific groups or local communities.
  4. The initiative must have been implemented using the company’s own resources (fully or partially) or through a documented partnership with another entity.
  5. Each company may submit only one initiative.
  6. The initiative must be designed and implemented by the company itself or under its direct supervision — not merely a funded project of another entity without active involvement.
