To shed light on humanitarian issues, exchange visions and experiences, and benefit from international practices to improve action and response mechanisms; and enhance poverty reduction efforts in Yemen and prepare for the early recovery and peacebuilding phase, within the NGO empowerment project, a Tadamon development forum is held for the second year in a row, a social event that discusses humanitarian work issues in Yemen and enhances opportunities for local community organizations to develop response and early recovery mechanisms. With the participation of a group of experts, consultants, donors, leaders of civil society organizations, and local and international humanitarian workers, the forum provides an opportunity for coordination and networking among participants and works to spread awareness, knowledge, and field practices by opening new horizons for development work in Yemen. It is an important dialogue platform that brings together the governmental, civil, academic, and private sectors to reach best practices that can be applied in the early recovery and peacebuilding phase.
